Same price that's true, but instos got to buy at a significant discount to the market price whereas retail holders didn't.
Not disagreeing that FDV has good potential, but most growth/emerging companies look cheap on a 5 year view so a discount is needed to attract capital vs other investment prospects. A higher discount ensures the existing shareholders willing to give the company fresh capital are rewarded for that risk and offset dilution. Not sure why they didn't give a small discount to the volume weighted average price as is common in equity raisings.
