The suckers pay for the Courses
and grand stands to be built.
The rivers are sucked dry by the huge studs
and the best land is used to feed the hay burners.
The courts fill with the cheats at times and we see
the worst of them back on course in no time flat
and more to the point some recent one's glorified.
Stable mates are probably the biggest form of cheating
and over the years the greatest legendary trainers used it.
The gamblers in some cases are the future homeless and
in extreme case family disruption and suicide.
Some punters are saying they need new Grand Stands at
