The hot space for pharma moves quickly - i’m assuming looking at the presentation they are trying to accelerate everything looking for a pre-clinical buy out while the space is still hot.
It’s bit of a gamble - wait longer could probably raise at a higher price - but you might also miss the space while it’s so hot with commercial transactions and pharmas moved on.
