ESI's SPP, in all probability will be under-subscribed given current market conditions. They have 2 full time staff and almost broke pre - any SPP.

They have done exceptionally well to keep the entity afloat.
Unfortunately, IMO, their use of their wording in the the announcement of late include wordings such as "shall" and "will", but still use the phrase "non-binding term sheet".
SP3 and Rupes etc, trade her well and be 100% careful.
PVCL gives some hint.
"2c a share and receive 2 free attached options"....
Rupes, I still have no idea why you leap on these types.
