as long as its not endemic i have no problem to see a China discussion on the E25 forum. China is by far the largest geopolitical issue of our time and the E25 link to China may be greater than you think.
An attempt by a China related outfit to secure a world class Mn resource to supplement their own diminishing supply would make perfect strategic sense - and whatever you think of China there is some serious brainpower there
Also comparing the quality of the comments on this specific thread to most of the other stuff on HC is refreshing. Personally i couldnt bear having to wade through hundreds of low quality comments on a specific China thread
