I would tend to agree DFG. You have multiple results pending in areas known to be mineralized with plenty of cash in the bank and you do a cap raise before results are released ?
Just this week they received $166k from options exercise.
I would think some entities want in and it is difficult to get a holding of size in this small tightly held company without moving the share price.
They may have approached the company.
