I've dealt with many power and control freaks such as yourself. You throw out accusations of bullying and harassment using it as excuse to do it yourself.

Traits:
Are never wrong.
Never apologise even when shown to be wrong.
Bend every difference of opinion to change the augment to make themselves right.
Never give up until they feel they have won a difference of opinion.
Accuse others of doing the same to them to deflect from their agenda.
Play the victim.
