There's every possibility that could happen. The advantage Mogul has is that firstly its targeting Mobile games first and foremost, not the PC space. Secondly, they are providing the Hubs which is the core of the monetization allowing brands to create their own space to host and advertise to consumers. The advantage given to brands and advertisers is that they can forgo operating costs of creating their own tournament platforms and use the Mogul one at a much cheaper cost. When making decisions companies will look at the costs of producing their own or buying/renting out. Mogul allows the costs of these brands operating to be lower which is an incentive for the actual brands to participate. Another competitor could create a platform similar to Mogul for sure, just like any other product, however with the Mobile game industry it seems the first mover will be the winner unless a better alternative is offered in the future. As for the game devs creating tournaments i can see big companies such as activiton-blizz and riot games creating their own tournaments, however would it be cheaper to just run through Mogul and forgo the operating costs.
