The way I see it, actions or lack thereof, speak much louder than your hollow words.

Despite the rhetoric from the spin doctors, big pharma have given AVX the swerve. The strong inference being they don't think what they see is compelling enough to do a deal. Clearly there is massive risk for those who live in denial of conventional wisdom. Ignore the message big pharma have delivered at your peril, but I think you are way out of line with your incessant bashing of anyone who questions the merit of the proposed merger.

My vote remains unchanged: VOTE NO TO THE MERGER!!!
