the problem with roc holders is , they are all optimist , but the reality of the matter is its just more then the price of oil holding it down, lets be a realist for a change , when oil was 34 bucks a barrel roc was 44c, now its 44bucks a barrel and roc is 34c , so realistically oil has gone up by 10bucks , but roc has gone down by 10c , so there is a contradiction of sorts , would you not agree?, there is more to it then meets the eye ,she will soon be sub 30c , and keep heading lower , caution is required while catching a falling knife
