Boom
you dont hold AVX do you?
and you have professed very little interest in AVX, right?
despite that you choose to post advising of the AVX business risks
in these posts it is clear you are not aware of an important aspect of the AVX business, that is already made offers for atc
readers should consider your and others posts with this in mind
the fact I havent advised you of this aspect of the avx business appears of little relevance, do your own homework boom, ring drona and the chicken!
As you so boldly advise voting against the AVX merger and have professed support for the CYT proposal
Perhaps you could give us your advice as to why a merger of PGL and CYT, organised by 3 CYT shareholders on likely very poor terms for PGL shareholders, is in their interests and the comercialisation/cash flow opportunities for cyt in shrt and lng term?
Perhaps you could also guide us on why CYT has not traded for the last 7 days, and in fact 3/4 of the trading days this year, and their share price has plummetted to a MC of $7M, implying their deal with Novartis is about to end on the june review!
