I would rather a commercial partner get the raise, but not the case I guess. Would also rather a raise like this and not convert anymore con notes, as the terms on them will be detrimental to the register. Gives shareholders the chance to add along with sophs too. Fingers crossed the commercial partner is a well known brand.
