You'd think that if it were easier for the banks to get money out of GPT than it is for GPT then that's a truly poor assessment of GPT indeed!
Im hoping that statement cuts both ways, quality assets = more chances to make money - which is what investment is *meant* to be about - picking the quality!
In any event, I understood that consensus going back to pre-capital raising is to value the BNB JV @ $0.
