to my ultimate surprise i found out just now that instos were massively scaled back and it was many times oversubscribed!! i wouldn't have believed it but i do as I heard it from the horse's mouth.i thought it won't be in demand like many other comments above. so i said no when offered!! well let's see what happens when it opens. apparently the instos book was managed by tony davis from melb shaws who did aussie broadband. shaws didn't offer this to their general clientele. morgans did the retail spread. i am not in this for the record, just sharing the info i received.
