There's probably a fair group of people who have been long time following, but waiting for an entry point commensurate with their risk appetite and investment goals. Then the PFS comes in with fantastic results, and they made similar deductions to the following:
-PPL currently being reviewed by SA government
-PPL announced as expected Q4
-Dept of Energy and mining likely wont be issuing much during December, giving a psuedo ETA of late mid/late Nov
-Current SP well above 200DMA
-20DMA crossed above 200DMA
-SA Government Dept of Mining and Energy planning to generate an addition 30,000 sector jobs over the next decade, LCK can possibly provide strong contribution to that goal
-LCK receiving very positive media coverage across a number of forums
-Project outline ticks carbon neutrality by 2030
-potentiality for diversification into hydrogen if market conditions improve

Lastly lets not forget FOMO. people see the rising SP, Imminent announcement, get greedy and want in.
I think LCK has de-risked very well, achieved promised milestones, and recent SP hasn't been truly reflective of actual value(or potential value)
