Have to agree with the majority of sentiments expressed here....................If the Turrawonga prospect is as "outstanding" as the CEO believes, it is very poor form not to share the discounted placement opportunity with the existing shareholder base (many of us being Soph's as well) nor is it good business to do the raise when the strong expectation is that we have a Au-Cu Porphyry system in the process of being proved up with the likelihood of significant uplift in the share price, particularly when we have a good cash buffer.
Yes, it's exploration and more drilling could kill the Prospect but let us decide if we punt our hard earned and don't deny us the opportunity.
Am well in the Top 20 and will be voting against Tranche 2 and encourage others to do the same to send a message to Management, who up to date have done a fine job.
