Diet coke was lower in sugar but not sugar free I think.

I couldn't stand the stuff. The aftertaste was disgusting.

I had a mate I played in a band with who used to drink a large bottle of standard coke a day.

He stopped that and lost a couple of stone in almost no time at all.

And that was all he changed.

I know there are those who believe Aspartame (I think that is the correct spelling) is cancer causing amongst other things.

Yeh, and so is aluminium so don't use pans of that metal, and have all your amalgam fillings removed etc, lol.

I am not sure if that is in Zero or not.
