I fail to see your logic re divi payments there are two major flaws

1)The lack of an expense(being divi Payments) does not mean that funds will be automatically there for repayment, funds are in relation to earnings and expenses.

2) The sweep facility would negate that anyway at this point in time, you are presuming that corporate debt is payed down and banks allow repayment
