I have been critical of the directors and prematurity of their announcements for some time. Not that I have posted for a while.

I continue to believe in the Minemakers project – though retain some concerns, and remain unconvinced about the DSO opportunity – however time will certainly tell.

However today is a disgrace. Why, why, why? Other than it helps out certain Directors. They have that much to do in the Northern Territory – they cannot afford to spend any time, money, effort on an African deposit. And I am told it is a marine one. Great. That should be easy. At least it is close to the coast and Port!!

In the current market one needs to be absolutely aware of directorial duties – there are major conflicts here that should not even be arising. This is a further black mark against a Board that already deserved caution. And – crazy as it might sound – I don’t even care whether it is good/bad/indifferent. The conflict issue should simply not be raising its head in this market.

If there is any way the transaction could be stopped, it should be.
