Unfortunately, great management doesn't reap rewards (share price)in a bearish market, especially, with the mishaps of old management.
I would like to ask you a question if you could be so kind to reply.
You mentioned that the Association saw true value at from memory, of between $3 and $5, with clarification on the debt for equity and obvious writebacks over the coming years.
Where do they see this value coming from when severals funds managers seem to be indicating they will be avoiding this stock, mainly due to the fact dividend distribution has been cut for several years to come and obvious LVR issues?
