    My point is you made it sound like a Defence Minister of some NEUTRAL country was taking an interest. In other words, you appeared to hype up something that, whilst good, it would have been disappointing if some official of Lux hadn't said anything. You're, "we are onto something good," was superfluous and came across as hype. That is my point. I know you're excited, but hype doesn't add to one's credibility.
