Settlement of Pokeno dispute very positive outcome which I always anticipated would happen. Regarding settlement my thoughts are around $3m dollars tops? Synlaits recent release stating "We consider it unlikely that an adverse decision at the Supreme Court or subsequent proceedings would result in a materially negative impact on our ability to continue to operate" probably added to Mr Ye's decision in accepting a settlement which I never considered was about money as that was always available from the start. Maybe the two SAMR waiting on Chinese approval can now proceed. Also wondering if Stonehill would be contributing towards any financial costs in regard to legal expenses or Mr Ye's settlement.
