Given the wretched decisions they have made over the last 18 months, it will be to the detriment of stockholders, if past management are involved in any way it will be a failure IMHO.
They aren't winning civil work in Vic, even given the change in direction from the state government.
Other Tier 3 and 4 s are kicking goals in Vic, not so with Decmil, the legacy of Mr Hollywood.
