I think that there is definitely German interest in the UK at the moment given some of the yields. Also I think there is still super money coming out of Australia looking for a home in real estate. If I were them I would be looking for a blind core fund with government or utility tenants?
Interesting comments about the ME.
I dont think there is much happening back home but if I were going to stay in the UK I think the time frame would have to be 5+ years and I am not sure I am that way inclined.
Also I am not sure when we are likely to see a pick up in 'employment' prospects over here.
