Regardless, if the election were to be invalidated all terms would cease at 12 noon on 20 January. Pelosi would be sworn in as caretaker President and a new election called.
The US electoral system is clumsy and nothing much has been done to improve it over the past few hundred years. Whinging about it now is too little to late as far as the 2020 election is concerned.
Without evidence of widespread fraud, courts can only look at whether state laws were complied with or not. The courts are not there to create state electoral law or rate state electoral law.
