My theory is the news is good and price sensitive. For that reason the asx i am guessing need to approve it and know that if approved it will possibly cause price to move a large amount. As such they are requesting evidence and documentation to prove any clains being made. Of course could be negative and delayed for same reasons.
Either way i suspect they may be trying to get approval from asx for the announcement they want to make. If that is not the case then more likely to be negative after this delay i suspect.
