As soon as ESI receives the funds via the SPP they will hire more staff to follow through with leads.
In regards to your other question re "details of negotiations with other parties" - this was not discussed at all at the GM because they are not allowed to release privileged information, particularly in a public forum - OBVIOUSLY!!
