Looking at the volume through this in the last month - ~9.5% of issue, compared to that 1 year old top 20, I would hazard a guess that the dumping must be close to being over.

Certainly I would be very surprised to see another high volume day after today.

Pity I cannot find a current top20 report which might give a clearer idea of the number of shares held by potential dumpers.

I suspect we are seeing the tail end now - hence huge lines capping the market for end-of-decline accumulation.

Am I correct? I don't know, but I have just taken a second parcel due to my interpretation.

All that remains is for some investors somewhere to see value here and begin to bid it up into a recovery.
