AJM is in C&M, thus pulling 200kt pa of spod out of market, therefore Lithium prices rise. The Biden win has contributed to whole sector, for which PLS could not predict, and for the raising of finance, if ya want $240 mill, you have to make it juicy, which at current sp, has just made it even more compelling for those stumping up $240 mill, an immediate 36% gain assuming sp remains steady. Now if you were a holder prior to CR announcement, you'll have a crack at similar deal.
IMO, the acquisition of AJM more than neutralizes the dilution of the CR, evident from what the share price is doing - definitely struggling to drift back down to 36 cents, buyers are interested, the sector has turned a corner. AIMAO, DYOR
