    That's your opinion. Fairly valued based on what? How are you valuing the company? Valuing growth companies is notoriously difficult and is always different to others as there are no definitive measures. ...DT's may push this up beyond 20c soon, Instos may decide to pile in further. The rest of the week will certainly be interesting.
