Yep. From a valuation perspective: RBL hit circa $150m in marketplace revenue in Q1-FY21. The Q2-FY21 quarter should also be a massive one. I could conservatively see them finishing FY21 with between $550m and $650m in market place revenue, up from $349m in FY20. This would equate to growth between 57% and 86% YoY. Applying a conservative 5x revenue multiple (noting that Etsy trades on circa 12x revenue), leads to a fair value market capitalisation target of between $2.75B and $3.25B AUD. There are 271M shares on issue. Thus, this equates to a fair value share price target of between $10.15 and $12.00. I expect to double my money minimum from these levels over the next 12 months.
