Thanks Mr Rhino.
I am not too fussed about the "Heart".
I am mulling and biding time at the moment as this market needs to sort itself out before any significant investments should be made.
I particularly like the research by Shiller and the information posted here on HC How Low can America go?
There was a post of a graph comparing the Bull markets of the last Century which I also liked but can not seem to locate it. Any ideas where this is?
The net effect is that the World is sitting on a see-saw and it appears until the deleveraging process has worked itself out and value returns the markets and the economy are going to continue to slide all the way until investor equilibrium of risk v. return is found.
What this particular post is revealing is that the equilibrium of these residential suburbs is returning and investors and or owner occupiers are around the corner.
I particularly like the NSW suburb of Rushcutters Bay and the WA suburb of East Perth.
