CTO has the bigger resource I think (10 mill oz inferred) and it's all in a town centre.
It has economy of scale on its side - as all the resource is in one area... much more economical to produce from.
CTO has a very predictable and repetitive gold system - all the resource is there, even though it's inferred however to get it converted to reserves will take years - not worth the exercise as it would require very tight drilling.
In fact one of the mines Warrior was thought to have a resource of 400,00 oz or so - it ended up on closer inspection and tighter drilling to have a resource of 800,000 oz... so it got upgraded.
