Cheers however don't get me wrong. I only had a very small amount left (about $800) and I am a long way from recovering it all. However I am far better off now than I was before I sold and that little amount is now $2300 and growing.

Best part is it got me back into day trading, I forgot how much fun it can actually be :)

When I have the full amount back I will be happy. Even happier when I see justice done for those harmed by this companies actions.

I once held onto a company thinking it may come back, it didn't and I got a couple of hundred dollars back around 8 years later. The directors re-invented the company after all shareholders were outed by a share aquisition plan. An aquisition I fought against just to be a pain. Had I accepted what they offered I would have received $70, because I was a pain I held them up for many years and they sent a compulsory aquisition notice and sent me a cheque for $200. That company was called Disctronics, not sure what it is now.....strange, come to think of it that company was also run by lawyers ;)
