$6.2m @ $0.17, $2.2m placement and $4m rights issue. No acquisition - some capex, working capital etc. Cant really justify this raise without repayment of AMD con notes or an acquisition on present evidence so I’m a little confused.
Bit of extra liquidity is the main positive that I can see at this stage.
