That being said, Zali Staggall informs us NOTPA handed over to the Joint Authority late September/early October. BPH and BUY statuatory reports confirm this. Angus says projects that meet guidelines will get approved. It wouldn't take this long if NOPTA was a "NO". I have the patience to be here when the decisions drops, whenever that is.
