As I said last week - I spoke to the rep at NOPTA, as at last Wednesday JB had not signed-off on the application. JB is the one causing the delay (as much as you don't want to believe it - his mental health break meant the application couldn't progress). Keith Pitt can sign-off without JB but it is out of respect to the system that KP will wait.

Patience and hopefully you can stop estimating dates now... I predict any day now before the next coming of Christ.
