Long term POG is still very bullish. Even is vaccine is out today, how will Central Banks and Gov undo the damage done to the economies to date. And lot of damage was done prior to the virus.
All these super low interest rates encouraged massive debts by corps, governments and individuals. As a result Central Banks can’t rise IRs much moving forward and on top Gov still need to launch massive stimuluses to revive the economies which means more printing.
Many jobs won’t be coming back – companies just realised they can do more with less so why employing more people. Means many more stimuluses will be needed just to keep asset bubbles up.
