Timing is everything. I believe that a consolidation right now would not damage the stock in any material way, it is already undervalued by the market. Typically people let go of their shares with a consolidation as they fear a new round of cap raising is on its way. BCN has now freed itself of debt and is making north of $40m per year, so those fears should be allayed. It is simply a matter of housekeeping which I think the market will accept with open arms.
