It makes you wonder what is really going on with a company when an ex CEO starts selling down big time.
The facts are PLT made sure they raised $11m thru a SPP in November 03 before Tony Grey resigned from the company in December 03.Then in January 04 he starts to sell down his personal holding which stand at 15.3%.When it appears a couple of times PLT is making a recovery & cracks the -80 barrier along comes Grey & sells some more ,down goes the price.Greys holdings now stand at 6.62%
Draw your own conclusions,in my opinion the way Grey is selling down doesn't appear he has much faith left in his old company anymore.Then on the other hand his wife might have gone on a spending spree & he needs the money?????
