not sure why you claim trade will recover in 10yrs. most economies are already working again at 80% and as someone who has been in the international trade business for 22yrs and run my own company I can tell you it's never been better for us Aussies (excluding bluff from China re certain commodities which has not eventuated and has nothing to do with covid and everything to do with our political stance).
Re house prices, overall up because of the measures Scomo and the banks put in place. perfectly handled and results speak for themselves. people complain about the banks not passing on .15 however they have lost billions and we need a strong banking system for a strong Oztralya! lol
Not against your gold price spec and not for it, if I knew for sure I would be a billionaire!
The world economies are resilient just look at the US even though there is soooo much instability!
As for the mother ship NVA, everyone will be regretting not buying more at these prices come end of December and even more so come March.
