They definitely worded their responses carefully and purposefully (as would I).
Anyone else see the comment "The enquiries were conducted verbally. The enquiry was not made in writing and no written response was received."?
I find this odd.. If, as a company, you made enquiries about the legitimacy of an affiliate, would you not want their response in writing? To protect yourself and your interests, and to show everything was above board?
To me that's just business 101.
