i quite like MOF, however i was looking at the last presentation and some of the US properties had 45% vacancy rates!!
If vacancies rise to this level accross the portfolio then they are in a f***ing huge hole.
while i think this price is crazy you can see why the market is selling them down still. the current market cap is almost what they raised in the cap raising!!!
