Not sure if I claimed it was great.
The whole permit is 297 pages, lots of info on location, machinery to be used etc. It is one of many permits that must be submitted and approved before a permit to drill can be applied for.
It's a step in the direction of drilling wells, this season, that's good news isn't it?
