"The price could also be responding to a short-squeeze, with about 2.8 per cent of ASX-listed units held in a short position. And Bloomberg reported overnight that New York-based hedge fund Samlyn Capital has increased its short position to 2.78 million shares, or 2 per cent of stock on issue. Altogether, 15.2 per cent of Unibail shares are shorted, according to Bloomberg."
