some interesting posts again... venQ, interesting that a new poster comes and straight away has an agenda (on a micro cap), no stock, and no information/questions on any positives or negatives regarding the company.

Quick question, when will we have to accept or declare our intentions regarding the spp and how long after that will we have to pay for the shares? I think someone mentioned in about a week they will close the books and about three weeks after that we will have to transfer funds. If I have two hin accounts will I be able to participate upto 10K and how many shares will be needed in each account to be able to participate (or it doesn't matter). Have money coming in middle of april so am wondering if it will be after this date. Appreciate thoughts :)
