Hooh, in my opinion Sino don't want a seat on the board they need control. That’s the only way to get Yilgarn involved as I have stated previously.

As for substantial holder increase ann, they must be made after 5% every time the increase is more than 1%. They have 48hrs to ann, from time of purchase.
