The Supreme Court isn't some place you can just rock up to and have your case heard. You generally need to convince all the lower courts of the strength of your case first.
And so far, Trump has got nothing. Absolutely zero. He's put 10 cases up, and he's lost them. All of them. No Supreme Court would even bother to look at the cases. They have far more important things to be spending their time on.
