I'm a real newbie in the share placement business and after the trading halt and the announcement of the 24th Feb. it was said that FML would issue shares to "existing shareholders" (present tense) at 2.0 cents. As I was at that time an existing shareholder I thought it applied to me in the "here and now". My husband said the share price will go back to the placement price closer to the issue date so I sold 300K for 2.5cents on the 26th Feb. If I'd known that the share placement date was going to be different to 24th in the companies share purchase plan I would have kept 5k and got my husband to buy 5K. ( the shares will probably only drop to 2.1 or 2.2 so could have made a few $ after the issue). Whoever words the announcements for FML needs to learn how to write future tense sentences so they don't confuse those that know how to read, but don't know the procedures of share placements.
