But back to your comment on "why PGL directors are fighting so hard", I am sure you will agree that the CYT directors fight as hard, if not much harder.
I guess it is part of the game.
That said, it is disappointing that the PGL directors haven't been able to explain why they went for AVX, rather than for CYT. When you have this type of money in your kitty, you 'd' better do a fairly detailed research and analysis of what is up there. I couldn't comprehend that this was not the case. So why don't they ley everyone ? mystery to me.
I will still vote for the AVX/PGL merger - as I haven't see anything convincing me that there is a better option out there.
